When the inspection is completed, your inspector will prepare a highly detailed, professional report regarding the property. The typical 25-40 page, full color, computer generated report is delivered to you, on site upon completion of the inspection. The inspector will review his findings with you on site so that you have first-hand knowledge of the findings in the report. If you have any questions the inspector will be happy to answer them based on experience, education and knowledge. A "PDF" file will be available to you as well, by the end of the day.
